Cua Lo beach town is ready for tourist season
The Cua Lo Beach Tourism Festival is just under a month away. Currently, urban beautification, environmental cleaning, food preparation, etc. are being prioritized by localities, restaurants, and accommodation owners to serve residents and tourists when they come to the coastal city.
Bustling shop renovation
Since merging into Vinh City, Cua Lo beach town has not only received great attention in terms of infrastructure development but also significant changes in preparations for the tourist season. These changes have begun to be clearly visible on the streets, from the renovation of kiosks, shops to services for tourists.

Along the streets in Nghi Huong, Nghi Thu, Nghi Hoa wards... at this time, it is not difficult to recognize the image of restaurant and eatery owners busy with the work of renovating and renovating the premises to make them look fresher.
Mr. Nguyen Van Son, in Nghi Huong ward, said: "This year's tourist season is very special because it is the first year that Cua Lo beach has merged into Vinh city... I hired construction workers, renovated the restaurant facade and replaced all the signs and lighting systems to create a bright space and clean walkways to attract tourists. The total investment cost is about 50 million VND. This is a large investment, but I believe it will bring worthy results in this year's tourist season."

To ensure a cool, clean space, this year, shop owners have also focused on renovating the architectural structure, renewing decorative materials, from floors to windows and doors. Some eateries and restaurants have also invested in additional outdoor areas, creating an open, comfortable space for visitors.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, owner of a restaurant at Cua Lo beach, shared: "We have renovated the restaurant space, invested in new tables and chairs, and added outdoor areas so that visitors can enjoy food right near the sea. The investment cost for these items is about 80 million VND. Not to mention the rental fee signed in advance with the landlord of 200 million VND/year because the location is on Binh Minh street. Although the cost is high, in the context of strong tourism demand, the family still decided to invest."

The establishments must do a good job of environmental sanitation, ensuring the landscape during the 2025 tourist season, especially not allowing littering around the premises. Hang the national flag, the Party flag, banners, and slogans in front of restaurants and accommodation establishments with the title "Welcome the opening ceremony of Cua Lo beach tourism in 2025 and the country's important anniversaries", requiring the owners of the establishments to complete the implementation before April 10, 2025.

Ready to provide services
Along with the work of renovating the shops, the food service establishments also pay special attention to preparing fresh food sources to serve tourists. Restaurants and eateries in Cua Lo have proactively linked with reputable suppliers, ensuring that the food is always fresh and safe, from fresh seafood to vegetables and processed foods.

In preparation for the tourist season, we have signed contracts with fishermen and suppliers in the province to ensure a daily supply of fresh seafood. Squid, fish, shrimp, crabs... are all purchased directly from fishing boats after they return early in the morning, ensuring freshness, without intermediaries, helping to reduce costs and bring high quality products.
