Speaking at the conference, voter Vo Dinh Mai (Dien Trung commune) reported the situation of making fake war invalids' records. "I propose that the State needs to have a solution to review the situation of making fake war invalids' records to enjoy policies and resolutely handle those involved in the above acts," said Mr. Mai.
Clarifying the voters' reflection, Head of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dien Chau district, Truong Cong Suu, said that in the district, there are 85 cases of suspension of war invalids' benefits. Up to now, 5 cases with supporting documents have been restored and 10 cases have been lost. The remaining cases, if they are not war invalids, will have their benefits revoked and returned to the State budget. The "real people, real events" subjects, if they have complete documents, will continue to enjoy the State's benefits.
Regarding this content, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien affirmed: With the policy of not missing any beneficiaries of the policy, not allowing the situation of taking advantage of the policy for meritorious people to profit, causing public outrage, in the coming time, the State will focus on effectively implementing the Party's policies, the State's preferential policies for meritorious people, as well as strictly handling violations in accordance with the provisions of law.

Voter Nguyen Van Thi (Dien An commune) reported that the project to upgrade and expand the Cuong temple yard is still unfinished after 10 years. It is worth mentioning that 7 households living in the corner of the temple yard are isolated, unable to move or stay, and have to live in extremely difficult circumstances.
Regarding this issue, a representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dien Chau district informed: The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2131 dated June 7, 2019, allocating more than 2.8 billion VND from the budget to the Department of Culture and Sports to pay compensation and support site clearance when the State reclaims land to build the Festival Ground and Cuong Temple Parking Lot Project (Dien An commune). The remaining amount, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to adjust the total investment of the project.
Dien Chau District has assigned the People's Committee of Dien An Commune to invite 7 affected households to work tomorrow (June 13) so that the households can understand the province's policy.
