On the afternoon of December 23, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee led by Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, came to celebrate Christmas at the St. Francis Xavier Major Seminary, Nghi Dien Commune (Nghi Loc).
