Hospital deputy director uses 'hot' clip to control female nurse

The female nurse and her superior had an affair, once had 'fun' right in the office, and even recorded a clip as a souvenir.

Mr. Van (in Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa) has just sent a petition to the authorities accusing Mr. Tran Van Minh, Deputy Director of Thuong Xuan General Hospital, of having an illicit relationship with his wife, Ms. Thanh (34 years old, a nurse working at Thuong Xuan General Hospital), causing the family's happiness to be broken.

Mr. Van reported that on the evening of the 29th of the Lunar New Year, Dinh Dau, he received news that Mr. Minh had just entered a motel near the hospital to meet his wife, so he and some people rushed to check. Breaking the door open, the husband caught his wife and her superior being intimate with each other. Mr. Van took pictures and informed the hospital leadership.

After the incident, Mr. Van and his wife went to court for divorce. Believing that Mr. Minh had destroyed their family's happiness, Mr. Van filed a complaint with the authorities.

Reporting to her superiors, Ms. Thanh also accused Mr. Minh of seducing and using his power to force her to have sex many times in many places. Once, the two of them had sex right in the office. When she wanted to end it, Mr. Minh used a "hot" clip of the two of them to pressure and force his female subordinate to continue their love relationship.

According to the nurse's complaint, Mr. Minh showed signs of nymphomania, often forcing her to watch pornographic films and forcing her to comply. When she refused, Mr. Minh threatened and assaulted her right at the office.

Initially, Mr. Minh denied having an affair with his subordinate, but when Ms. Thanh provided a clip as evidence, he was forced to admit it. “As colleagues, we often worked at night, so we developed feelings for each other,” Mr. Minh explained, adding that the two had sex many times outside and inside the office.

When Ms. Thanh was studying in Hai Phong and Mr. Minh was studying in Hanoi, the two often visited each other. Around the end of 2015, during a happy time, Mr. Minh recorded the clip "as a souvenir". "I copied it to a USB and saved it on my computer, and watched it from time to time. Later, I realized it was inappropriate so I deleted it. I don't know how she still has that clip. It was all voluntary from both sides, not something I controlled or forced," Mr. Minh explained.

Mr. Vi Van Hung, Head of the Inspection Committee of Thuong Xuan District Party Committee, said that on May 30, the Committee worked with the hospital leadership to request handling of violations by party members and civil servants. "Because Mr. Minh is under the management of the Standing Committee, we are waiting for instructions from our superiors," Mr. Hung said.

On June 5, Mr. Trinh Huu Hung, Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Health, said that the Department is working with the hospital's Board of Directors and the Inspection Committee of Thuong Xuan District Party Committee to verify information that Mr. Tran Van Minh, Deputy Director of Thuong Xuan General Hospital, had an improper relationship with a female nurse at the same agency.

“We are waiting for the conclusion of the Inspection Committee and the police agency, then the Department's Disciplinary Council will meet to decide on the form of handling. The Department's viewpoint is to resolve the matter objectively, transparently, and without cover-up,” Mr. Hung said.

Mr. Tran Van Minh (43 years old) was appointed Deputy Director of Thuong Xuan District General Hospital in 2012. Ms. Thanh started working at this hospital in 2007. Both have their own families.

According to Star
