The accident happened at about 10:30 a.m. on September 27, in Dien Chau district.

Accordingly, at the above time, car with license plate 30A - 73247 was running at high speed in Hamlet 2, Dien Thanh Commune and crashed head-on into a motorbike driven by Mr. Cao Hai Sam (born in 1962), residing in Block 3, Dien Chau Town.

The strong crash caused the motorcyclist to die on the spot. The victim was identified as Mr. Cao Hai Sam - Deputy Director of Dien Chau Vocational Training Center.
