At this session, the delegates of the People's Council of Hung Phuc ward elected the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, term III, the committees of the People's Council of the ward for the term 2016 - 2021; elected the Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee, members of the ward committee, term III, term 2016 - 2021.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Viet - Chairman of Hung Phuc Ward People's Committee (Vinh City) reported on confirming his status as a delegate of Hung Phuc Ward People's Council, term III, 2016-2021.

As a result, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward, term II, 2011 - 2016, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward, term III; Ms. Le Thi Bich Thao - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward, term II, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward, term III; Mr. Nguyen Quang Viet - Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward, term II, 2011-2016, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Phuc Ward, term III, 2016-2021; Mr. Nguyen Trong Thien - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward, term II, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward, term III.

Also at this session, the People's Council delegates elected the positions of Head and Deputy Head of the People's Council; voted to pass resolutions to elect the positions of Chairman of the People's Council, People's Committee; Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee; Head and Deputy Head of the Economic Committee, the Legal Committee and members of the Ward People's Committee for the 3rd term, 2016-2021 term and the resolution to organize the 2016 regular meetings of the Hung Phuc Ward People's Council.
