With many outstanding achievements, the Finance Department of Military Region 4 has been awarded many noble prizes by the Government, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Military Region Command. In particular, in 2005, the Finance Department of Military Region 4 was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; in 2011, it was awarded the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal.
