Military Region 4 and the Capital Command promote experience exchange and mutual support
(Baonghean.vn) - In the coming time, Hanoi City and the Military Region 4 Command agreed to create conditions for the Capital Command and Military Region 4 to increase information exchange on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security; promote exchange activities, experience sharing, and mutual support.

At the meeting, the Hanoi Party Committee and the Military Region 4 Command exchanged, discussed and agreed: Military Region 4 and the Hanoi Capital Command are units with a long tradition and experience in combat, training, Party building and unit building. This is a favorable condition for exchanging experiences, learning from each other and developing together.
Therefore, in the coming time, Hanoi City and the Military Region 4 Command agreed to create conditions for the Capital Command and Military Region 4 to increase information exchange on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security; promote exchange activities, experience sharing, and mutual support.

In particular, the two sides strengthened coordination in performing local military and defense tasks, especially in building a solid defense zone according to Resolution No. 28 of the Politburo (10th Term).
The two Commands also promoted exchange activities and shared experiences in combat readiness exercises and training; supported and shared in search and rescue and natural disaster prevention; coordinated in resolving issues related to military policies and regimes, foreign affairs and mass mobilization.
