Pharmaceutical and medical industry managers receive highest rewards in 2015
Survey results of more than 60,000 employees in small and medium enterprises last year showed that bonuses in pharmaceutical and medical sectors were much higher than in other groups.
Investment Consulting and Business Management Company (Macconsult) - a unit specializing in consulting on human resource management activities has just announced the 2015 salary survey for 14 occupational groups with nearly 60,000 employees and about 400 positions. The survey collected data in the first half of 2015 for small and medium-sized companies, of which 80% are domestic enterprises.
The results showed that the five occupational groups with the highest bonuses for managers and supervisors in 2015 were pharmaceuticals, medical - health care with a bonus of 65.5 million VND; marketing - sales 41 million VND; information technology 25 million VND; production 23.5 million VND and finance - accounting approximately 21 million VND.
At the specialist level, the consulting and business support industry had the highest bonus, around 14 million VND last year. However, this was the group with the lowest salary increase rate last year, at less than 7%.
Meanwhile, the finance, insurance, and securities industries have the highest salary increase rate (15%), followed by mechanics, automobiles, motorbikes, and information technology - telecommunications...
The survey also showed that in 2015, the industries with the highest average salaries for managers included pharmaceuticals - medical - health care (30 million VND); architecture - construction (28 million VND); information technology (25.6 million)... Meanwhile, at the employee level, the industries of consulting - business support (12.6 million VND), architecture - construction (10.7 million), information technology (9.5 million VND)... had the highest average salaries in 2015.
In addition, according to a survey of salary increase rates by region, Hanoi and the northern provinces have the highest salary increase rates (11%), while Da Nang and the central provinces have the lowest salary increase rates.
