(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 16, Thong Thu Border Guard Station handed over Luong Van Xanh (born in 1980) to Que Phong District Police for illegal possession of weapons.

Previously, at 10:00 a.m. on October 14, while on patrol, the Thong Thu Border Post Working Team conducted an administrative inspection at the huts and fields of households in the old Ca Na village. Here, the team collected 2 flintlock guns, 1 homemade gun, 1 CKC gun, 2 K56 bullets, and 3 bullets.

At 3:00 p.m. the same day, the subject Luong Van Xanh, residing in Muong Piet village, Thong Thu commune, the owner of the above weapons, came to the Border Guard station to confess.

Thong Thu Border Guard Station has handed over the subject and evidence to Que Phong District Police to continue investigating and handling the case./.
