Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia requested the Standing Committee of Que Phong District Party Committee and the inspected individuals to learn from experience and find solutions to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the Inspection Team. After receiving the announcement of the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee quickly developed a plan to overcome the limitations and shortcomings of the collective and individuals pointed out by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; sent documents to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Inspection Team, the Provincial Military Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee in a timely manner to monitor the results of the collective's overcoming, as well as the individual cadres in charge.

At the same time, direct the District Party Committee Office and the District Military Party Committee to review the goals and targets of the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term on projects, programs, and plans to implement military and defense tasks, and determine the roadmap from now until the District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; Maintain and properly and fully implement the coordination and exchange regime between the three forces of the Public Security, Military, and Border Guard according to Decree 03 of the Government and the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee; Direct the District Military Command and specialized departments to review the Project "Organizing forces, training, operating and ensuring policies and regimes for the militia and self-defense forces for the period 2023-2025 and the following years" and the Project "Building a position in the defense area of ​​Que Phong district for the period 2023-2025 and the following years"; Pay attention to directing the Party Committees of communes and towns to maintain the regular, effective and practical operation of the military Party cells of communes and towns; strictly maintain the combat readiness regime of the armed forces, coordinate with other forces to grasp the situation, prepare forces and mobile means to participate in natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, and forest fire prevention in the area; grasp the situation of young people of military age to organize the selection and call for citizens to join the army to ensure the quota, recruit people firmly; direct the training of national defense and security knowledge for the subjects according to the plan; direct the functional branches to coordinate with the grassroots Party committees and authorities to do a good job of propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on military and national defense for all classes of people.
