Speaking to the press on October 9, Secretary General of the National Assembly Nguyen Hanh Phuc said that currently, according to regulations, at the 4th session of the 14th National Assembly (scheduled to open on October 23), based on the Prime Minister's proposal, the National Assembly will dismiss Mr. Truong Quang Nghia from the position of Minister of Transport, then approve the new Minister according to the personnel submitted by the Government.
