Speaking before the question and answer session, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son said that in the past 2 years, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, education and training has been a very heavily affected sector; nearly 20 million students have not been able to go to school for a very long time, over 70,000 students have not been able to graduate on time. Organizing online learning and learning via television in conditions of many difficulties and shortages in infrastructure has caused many negative consequences and impacts.
