Garbage stinks after storm on some streets of Vinh city

(Baonghean.vn) - More than a week after storm No. 2, many streets in Vinh city (Nghe An) are still flooded with trash. Some places have a foul smell from decomposing leaves.

Currently, many roads: Phong Dinh Cang, Nguyen Van Troi, Hoang Thi Loan, Phan Dang Luu and some points on Le Nin Avenue still have garbage after the storm.
