(Baonghean.vn) - After inviting his girlfriend to go out but she refused, Chich Van Trung and Moong Van May discussed pooling money to buy drugs to "relieve stress" but were caught red-handed by Ky Son District Police.
On March 29, Chich Van Trung (born in 1992) invited Moong Van May (born in 2000), both living in Don Boong village, Na Loi commune (Ky Son) to go to his girlfriend's house in Bac Ly commune (Ky Son).

After sitting around for a while, Trung invited his girlfriend to go out to Muong Xen town, but she didn't agree, so Trung and May left. On the way back to Trung Tam village, Huoi Tu commune (Ky Son), Trung and May met a strange man who suggested buyingdrug.
Being upset because his girlfriend refused to go out, Trung and May discussed contributing 50,000 VND each to buy drugs to relieve stress, and May agreed.
After buying the drugs, Trung hid them on his person and drove May into the forest area of Huoi Tu commune to use them, but was caught red-handed by Ky Son district police.
On March 30, through inspection, Ky Son District Police determined that the amount of drugs seized from the two subjects was 0.4 grams./.
