On the morning of July 13, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of the Center for Disease Control of Nghe An province informed: In the past 12 hours (from 7:00 p.m. on July 12 to 7:00 a.m. on July 13, 2021), Nghe An recorded 1 new case of Covid-19. That patient returned from Ho Chi Minh City.

The new Covid-19 patient is NTTT, female, born in 1989. Occupation: Freelance worker. Current address: Trung Phuc Cuong commune, Nam Dan district. Residence address: No. 4, Street 2, Tan Binh ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
On July 6, the NTTT patient was tested by PCR with a negative result in Ho Chi Minh City. On July 8, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Bien Hoa station, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai to Nam Dan, Nghe An on July 11. On July 11, the patient made a medical declaration and was quarantined at home, without contact with anyone. On July 12, the patient's sample was sent to Nghe An CDC for testing with a positive result for SARS-COV-2.
Currently, CDC is coordinating with Nam Dan Medical Center to investigate, trace, isolate, collect samples for testing and urgently deploy epidemic prevention activities.
To date, Nghe An has had 132 positive cases of COVID-19 in 10 localities, specifically: Vinh City: 89, Dien Chau: 18, Tan Ky: 01, Quy Hop: 05, Nam Dan: 06, Do Luong: 01, Hoang Mai: 02, Nghia Dan: 01, Nghi Loc: 04, Quynh Luu: 05...
