Previously, on February 10, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team and the Economic Police Team of Son Tra District Police coordinated with Tho Quang Ward Police (Son Tra District) to suddenly inspect a house on Nguyen Gia Tri Street (Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang) and discovered that Dang Quang Son was storing a large amount of essential oil solutions containing cannabis, which when used will create hallucinations and stimulation.

At the time of the inspection, Son also tested positive for synthetic drugs. The police also confiscated from the house: 67 bottles of essential oils printed with the words "Royal Series Banana Cheesecake", 3 bottles of essential oil solution for smoking, 42 boxes of plastic tubes (electronic cigarettes), 100 bottles used to store unused essential oils.

Son confessed that the above essential oil bottles were electronic cigarettes, which Son bought and distilled to sell for profit from 2021 until now. The essential oil used to distill into small 3ml bottles, Son will retail to customers, mainly students, with the advertisement "free shipping 24/24".
