Not to mention the occasional traffic jam at Tap Phuc intersection, where Le Hong Phong and Nguyen Van Cu streets intersect...

According to preliminary statistics from the Traffic Police Team, Vinh City Police, there are 10 points where traffic jams often occur during rush hour. The cause is determined to be the large increase in the number of vehicles in the city. Although the city has expanded 9 curves and right turns, the traffic jam has not been improved. In addition, many drivers do not comply with the rules of giving way when participating in traffic. Even when entering a roundabout, also known as a traffic island, many people do not comply with giving way to people on the left (entering the roundabout first), so they accelerate more, leading to longer traffic jams...
