Division 324 launched an emulation campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of implementing Uncle Ho's Testament.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 15, the Infantry Regiments and Battalions of the 324th Division (Military Region 4) held a launching ceremony for the emulation movement "Officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces compete to practice office culture, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers".

Accordingly, the emulation movement "Military Region's military officers and soldiers compete to practice office culture, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" will be implemented within 5 years, from the date ofJuly 15, 2019 to September 2, 2025.

Through the movement, units will promote emulation activities with the following contents and goals: Regularly grasp and strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, State laws, and military discipline; comply with regulations, rules, and statutes of agencies and units, and strictly implement office culture.
Units practice building a democratic, friendly, and united working environment, creating favorable conditions for cadres and soldiers to promote their intelligence and capacity, successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to building strong Party organizations at all levels, agencies, and units; thoroughly practicing thrift, fighting against embezzlement and waste; building agencies and units with a good, healthy, and disciplined cultural environment; green, clean, and beautiful landscapes.

Through this emulation movement, there has been a strong change in the awareness and actions of Party committees, commanders at all levels and all officers and soldiers in the Division in implementing office culture, performing public duties, training awareness and responsibility, contributing to promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the glorious tradition of the Regiment in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
