Nghi Loc district and Cua Lo town are two localities in the coastal plain area of Nghe An province, with many historical sediments, many historical celebrities, bearing the characteristics of Nghe culture and the country.
With the important strategic position of Nghe An land through historical periods, many feudal dynasties recorded, described, commented and discussed fully and in detail in many official histories, regional histories, as well as geographical records of many famous scholars at home and abroad.
Therefore, this place also left behind a very large and rich Han Nom cultural heritage, but for many reasons, especially due to the consequences of wars over the years and severe natural disasters, much has been damaged and lost. Therefore, the Han Nom documents in the area are still cultural heritage that need to be collected, preserved and promoted in the new era.
