At the end of 1925, Marxism-Leninism was widely spread in Vietnam in general and Nghe Tinh in particular, which promoted the strong development of the patriotic movement, leading to the birth of two patriotic organizations Tan Viet and Thanh Nien. Immediately after their birth, the two organizations had many legal and semi-legal activities such as: opening mutual aid and friendship associations, national language classes, trading shops, plowing camps... in the country and abroad.

Artifacts used by officials during their activities in the country such as: seals, vases, medicine knives... and artifacts used during their activities in China and Siam such as: wooden boxes, suitcases, wallets, briefcases, scarves...
The collection of artifacts of the Tan Viet and Thanh Nien organizations, although not large in quantity, has great historical value; contributing to enriching the activities of patriotic organizations in Nghe Tinh before the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
- Tran Mong Bach's seal is used for communication within the Tan Viet organization.

- Suitcase containing documents of the revolutionary organization Trai Cay in Siam.
