According to local residents, at the time, two young men were riding a motorbike with license plate 37H1 63116 in the direction of Nghia Dan - Dien Chau. While going down Truong Ven slope, they collided with a motorbike going in the same direction, causing 3 people on the 2 motorbikes to fall onto the road.

At the same time, a car crashed into one victim, killing him on the spot. Two others were seriously injured and were taken to the emergency room by local people.

Immediately after the accident, the car fled the scene. The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
