At about 2:00 p.m. on April 28, the male driver of a 4-seat Matiz carHanoi sea runs on the new National Highway 3 in the direction of Thai Nguyen - Bac Kan, when arrivingQuang Chu commune (Cho Moi, Bac Kan) lost control and collided withcoach.
The strong impact caused the 4-seater car to crash into the roadside, crushing the front end. The driver was trapped inside. Fire and rescue police had to use specialized equipment to break the car door to get the driver's body out.
