Man in Nghe An fined 30 million VND for illegally storing sports weapons
The Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Bui Thanh An, has just signed Decision No. 44/QD-XPHC dated May 29 on administrative sanctions against Mr. DVD (born in 1996), residing in Nghi Thuy ward, Vinh city.
According to the decision, Mr. DVD was determined to have illegally stored sports weapons, specifically 05 bullets of sports weapons (currently being held by the police). This act violates the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 11 of Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of security, order; social safety; prevention and control of social evils; fire prevention and control; rescue; prevention and control of domestic violence.
For the above violation, Mr. DVD was fined 30 million VND, based on the above regulations and Clause 4, Article 23 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations 2012 (amended and supplemented in 2020).
