The content of Decision No. 79/QD-XPVPHC dated June 1, 2016 clearly stated that the Environment and Health Magazine committed an administrative violation: Establishing a general electronic information page with the domain names: moitruongvasuckhoe.org.vn; moitruongvasuckhoe.vn; moitruongvasuckhoe.net without a license to establish a general electronic information page on the internet, violating the provisions of Clause 2, Article 63 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequencies.

"For these violations, the Environment and Health Magazine was administratively fined 20 million VND, and also received an additional penalty: Confiscation of the two domain names moitruongvasuckhoe.org.vn; moitruongvasuckhoe.vn according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 63 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP. For the international domain name moitruongvasuckhoe.net, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information will request the network operator to block it by technical measures" - the Decision emphasized.

Environment and Health Magazine must strictly comply with the Penalty Decision within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the Penalty Decision and submit the fine receipt to the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information.

Previously, on May 30, Infonet Electronic Newspaper published an article "Ignoring the decision to suspend publication, TC Environment and Health still posts articles online?" The content of the article clearly stated: "Although the printed magazine and electronic news site have been temporarily suspended, under a different domain name, TC Environment and Health still posts articles on the website "Moitruongvasuckhoe.net".

Immediately after that, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information quickly intervened and requested the Environment and Health Magazine to explain and stop providing information on the internet, and at the same time conduct processing procedures and issue the above decision.
