During the 1-day period, enterprises received the following contents: Decree No. 78/2015/ND-CP on business registration. This Decree consists of 9 chapters with 83 articles. Decree No. 96/2015/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Enterprise Law includes 21 implementing provisions. Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law includes 5 chapters with 67 articles. Decree No. 50/2016/ND-CP on regulations on administrative sanctions in the field of planning and investment includes 4 chapters with 60 articles.
At the same time, discuss and exchange difficulties in the process of resolving administrative procedures and business production.
