On the morning of August 5, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the first 6 months of 2022. Focus on implementing the assigned tasks

With the theme of work in 2022 is"Building a strong organization for the Union", the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have promoted the role and responsibility of the Youth Union in organizing activities to improve the quality of Youth Union work, improve the quality of Youth Union cadres at all levels, improve the quality of Youth Union branch activities; encourage the organization of activities applying information technology.

In particular, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have focused on deploying the Vietnam Youth App, a campaign to digitize union member data to review and summarize youth union members in the area. This is a modern platform to connect youth union members, a channel to provide official and timely information of the Youth Union organization. After being deployed, the whole Nghe An province has synchronized more than 85% of union member data, helping all levels to fully and correctly implement professional procedures in union work, improving the effectiveness and efficiency in the management of the Youth Union organization.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also accompanies and encourages young people to do business and confidently start a business; organizes practical activities and effective solutions to arouse and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, career establishment, aspiration and will to get rich among union members and young people, actively contributing to the implementation of economic and social development goals.

Focus on promoting communication and consulting, career orientation and employment for youth union members. Organize job fairs, training activities, and improve knowledge of entrepreneurship; support preferential loans for young people to start businesses and establish businesses.

The Youth Union at all levels has organized for young people to carry out many projects and tasks to compete for achievements to welcome the success of the Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at all levels for the 2022-2027 term, celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Union, the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Team... with many projects and tasks for young people that have profound educational significance and high socio-economic value.

Improve the quality of operations

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Luong affirmed that in the first 6 months of the year, Nghe An youth have implemented many creative and effective models and methods in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. The image of Nghe An youth as proactive, voluntary, creative, always dedicated, at the forefront in carrying out tasks, volunteering for community life is highly appreciated by the community and society.

However, besides the achievements, the head of the provincial youth union frankly pointed out the remaining limitations in the work of the Youth Union and the Youth Movement in the first 6 months of the year.

Specifically, the target of outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission and the recommendation of outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission has not yet been achieved. The quality of union activities at the grassroots level is generally uneven, the content and form are not attractive, not innovative, and have not attracted a large number of union members and young people to participate. The role of the Commune-level Youth Union Council is still vague, and has not yet concretized the activities of the Youth Union work.

In the last 6 months of the year, Nghe An youth have successfully implemented 8 set goals. The focus is on the extensive implementation of works to welcome the success of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels towards the 18th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nghe An province and the 12th National Youth Union Congress.

In addition, well organize key activities to implement the annual theme of "Building a strong Youth Union in terms of organization" such as digitizing union member data; paying attention to improving the quality of Youth Union officials at all levels, the quality of union branch activities; focusing on applying information technology in direction and operation.

At the same time, organize activities to support young people to start businesses and establish businesses such as supporting rural youth to effectively implement the program "One Commune One Product"; supporting the application of high technology in production. From there, create a solid foundation for the union members and youth of the whole province to promote their youth to realize the set goals.
