Young man found 46 million VND and returned it to the owner

On the afternoon of March 27, at his home, Mr. Trinh Van Nho (28 years old) in block 7A, Thanh Chuong town returned the 46 million VND he found to Ms. Dau Thi Xuan, residing in Phuong Son hamlet, Dong Van commune (Thanh Chuong).

Ms. Dau Thi Xuan said that on the afternoon of March 27, she brought money to buy tiles to roof her house. When she arrived at Thanh Ngoc Tuynel Brick Factory, she discovered that her purse had fallen.

“I put the money in a sack with a gourd and tied it to the back of my electric bike. When I got to the brick factory, I couldn’t find the sack behind my bike, so I panicked and drove back to ask people on the street. Nho's family said that at 3:30 p.m., Nho was working in front of the gate when he picked up a sedge bag. Inside the bag was 46 million VND in cash, a gourd and some documents bearing the name of Mrs. Dau Thi Xuan. While trying to contact Mrs. Xuan, they heard her call, so the family kept the bag carefully waiting for Mrs. Xuan to come and give it to her.pay.

Receiving the money back at Nho's house, Mrs. Xuan happily shared that when she discovered the bag tied to the back of her car had fallen, she did not dare to think that she would receive this money back.
