Vinh City exempts business households from fees at night streets for the first 3 months
(Baonghean.vn) - Information from the Economic Department - Vinh City said that in the first 3 months of implementing the night street on Cao Thang Street, the city will exempt some types of fees and propose to exempt taxes for business households.
It is expected that in early August 2019, Vinh City will launch a night market on Cao Thang Street, in front of Vinh Market. Since this is the first time this event has been organized, in order to encourage households to participate in business on the night market, the city will have a support mechanism for business households on Cao Thang Night Market during the first 3 months.

Specifically, for the use of premises for business purposes, Vinh City will not collect service fees for the use of sales areas from business households for a period of 3 months from the time of starting business. After that, the city will assign the Vinh Market Management Board to set up a set and collect fees for the use of sales areas according to State regulations. All fees and charges will also be completely exempted for the first 3 months.

Regarding taxes, the city will propose to the competent authorities to exempt the first 3 months of business households from taxes. After that, the business households will have to declare, make a set with the tax authorities and pay taxes according to regulations.
In addition to the above fees, households still have to pay other additional fees such as electricity, water, parking, garbage collection fees... as usual.

In the early stages of business, households often do not make a profit, so the city will create conditions to provide maximum support for these households. This will be a driving force to encourage households to register and feel secure doing business in the night street, while creating a comfortable mindset for business owners to serve tourists well when the night street opens.
Along with being exempted from fees for the first 3 months, the city requires that when the night street officially comes into operation, businesses must behave politely, not solicit customers, and sell at the right price to preserve the civilization of Vinh city. Imported goods must have a clear origin and guaranteed quality./.
