Vinh City will organize an art program and fireworks display to welcome the Year of the Cat 2023.
(Baonghean.vn) - The art program promises to be imbued with the cultural colors of Nghe An but also carries the youthful and vibrant breath of a modern Vinh city that is on the rise and spreading connections across all regions of the country.
According to the plan just issued by the People's Committee of Vinh City, the New Year's Eve Festival of Quy Mao Spring 2023 will be held from 22:30 to 24:00 on January 21 (ie December 30, Nham Dan year) to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for people to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation, enhance creativity, the level of enjoyment of spiritual and cultural values, attract a large number of people to participate, contributing to building a developed grassroots cultural life.
In addition, through the activities at the festival, we will widely propagate historical and cultural traditions; educate political ideology and patriotism; towards the event of 235 years of Phoenix Central Capital Vinh, 60 years of the city's establishment, and 15 years of Vinh as a class 1 urban area.

The highlight of the festival is the art program with the theme "New Year's Eve, singing with the country" including 3 parts: Part I - Vinh City in the Spring Festival; Part II - The colors of Vietnamese Tet; Part III - Inspirational sounds with Spring.
The program has the participation of many famous singers who have won the national Sao Mai award, bands, DJ dance groups from many different regions, especially Nghe An artists who are famous far from home, such as Hoang Hong Ngoc, Trang Nhung, Manh Dat, The Anh...
