Vinh City and expectations from a series of major projects

After the success of the Conference on implementing Notice No. 55-TB/TW dated April 20, 2019 of the Politburo on developmentVinh city, large economic groups, key projects have registered for investment in the city; cumulatively from 2016-2020, 52 projects in the area were granted investment certificates with a total capital of 7,926.8 billion VND.

Along with infrastructure development, improving living conditions for people such as wastewater drainage, traffic, flood prevention, many big companies have landed in Vinh such as Vingroup, Ecopark, T&T, Eurowindow, TECCO... although most of them are real estate projects, they also open up large land funds for the city, turning previously difficult land into golden land, expanding Vinh urban space and continuing to attract small investors.

Reviewing important projects in Vinh, it can be seen that since 2019, there have been 11 large real estate projects with a scale of more than 10,000 hectares, a total investment of more than 4 billion USD, mainly real estate projects including townhouses, land, entertainment...

The Quang Trung B area construction investment project of Vingroup Corporation is located in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city. This is a project that promises to renovate the old Quang Trung apartment complex to become modern, worthy of the "golden land" area of ​​Vinh city. The project was implemented in 2019, and the resettlement house has been basically completed. The project has a total investment of 2,500 billion VND, including a 23-storey resettlement building and a 33-storey 5-star hotel.

Vinh Riverside Urban Area is a project invested by Saigon – Trung Do Vinh Joint Stock Company, located on the bank of Lam River, between Ben Thuy 1 and Ben Thuy 2 bridges, in Trung Do and Ben Thuy wards (Vinh City). This project includes rows of adjacent villas overlooking Lam River.

Another urban project located in the South of Vinh City is Vinh Heritage urban area, launched by Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (Mipec). This nearly 40.5-hectare project invested by a joint venture of Mipec and Trang An Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has also been basically sold out. Located on Le Mao Street, the appearance of the project has caused the land in the area to increase rapidly.

In the inner city, the T&T Victoria Nghe An project opposite the Eurowindow tower is invested by T&T Urban and Industrial Park Development Company Limited (T&T Land), a member of T&T Group. This project, after public opinion about illegal investment and construction of too many floors, is now preparing to open for sale.

Nghe An also craves resorts that both provide relaxation and meet seasonal housing needs, and Vinpearl Cua Hoi is such a project. The Vinpearl Cua Hoi Hotel, Entertainment and Resort Villa Complex (Nghe An) project invested by Vingroup has created a new mark for Cua Lo, Cua Hoi and is an ideal entertainment destination for tourists when coming to Vinh. With a total investment of nearly 900 billion VND, Vinpearl Cua Hoi has an area of ​​nearly 40 hectares, including resort villas; a 4-storey 5-star hotel; a restaurant area, marina, bar, etc.

In addition to real estate projects,Nghe Analso advocates investing in many infrastructure projects such as Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard; Cua Hoi Bridge, expanding National Highway 46... Project to upgrade and expand National Highway 46 (Vinh - Kim Lien, Nam Dan section). The project will be upgraded and expanded to 52 m, completing the sidewalk system and infrastructure on both sides. The National Highway 46 section passes through Vinh International Airport and many projects of Bac Vinh Industrial Park. Project to upgrade phase 2 of Provincial Road 535 (Vinh - Cua Hoi road): Vinh - Cua Hoi road (Provincial Road 535) is 11 km long, passing through Vinh City, Nghi Loc District and Cua Lo Town. The starting point of the route is at the intersection with Nguyen Sy Sach Street in Hung Loc Commune, Vinh City; the end point is at the intersection with Binh Minh Street in Nghi Hai Ward, Cua Lo Town. In phase 2, the project continues to upgrade a 3.5 km section from the intersection with Nguyen Sy Sach Street to the end of Vinh City.

The Vinh Airport - Muong Thanh Phuong Dong Hotel route is the backbone of the city, which will soon be completed and synchronized with capital from the State budget and part of the budget of Nghe An province. It is one of the largest roads in Vinh City, about 7 km long, with many headquarters of administrative agencies and real estate and commercial projects.

One project that cannot be mentioned isVinh - Cua Lo AvenueThe project is 11.2 km long, starting at the intersection with Le Nin Avenue (Vinh City), ending at Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo Town. The total investment of the project is 4,157 billion VND from the State budget. This is an important project to concretize the project to develop Vinh City into an economic and cultural center of the North Central region by 2023. Currently, the project has completed the investment in two main lanes, connecting with Cua Lo and is preparing to invest in phase 2.

With the above important projects when completed, Vinh city will be vibrant, modern and attract other investors.
