Thanh Tuong received the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders of Departments, branches and Thanh Chuong district.

Implementing the policy of building new rural areas, Thanh Tuong commune has actively propagated, mobilized, successfully implemented the policy of land conversion and done well the planning, irrigation system, and roads (built 30.52 km of roads meeting new rural standards) with a total amount of over 70 billion VND.

In recent times, Thanh Tuong has encouraged people to promote the application of scientific and technological advances in livestock production. Especially promoting the value of two traditional craft villages, Dinh Chu carpentry and Vinh village rice noodles. Products of the rice noodles craft village with the specialty rice paper have reached many localities in the country.

Along with economic development, local cultural and social activities are also of interest. The multi-purpose cultural house and playground for cultural and sports activities of the whole commune were built spaciously. In 2018, the whole commune had 6/8 hamlets achieving the title of cultural village.

Thanks to the unanimous support of cadres, people and children from all over the country, Thanh Tuong has invested in building many projects such as: flower gardens, parking lots, cemetery roads, Dinh Chu village gate, Dinh Chu village communal house...

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development praised and recognized the achievements of the locality, and hoped that Thanh Tuong commune would continue to improve the quality of the new rural criteria, effectively integrate resources in building new rural areas, promote propaganda work, and mobilize all classes of people to join hands in building new rural areas...

On this occasion, 4 collectives and 4 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, many collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the District People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the new rural construction movement.
