Hanoi Party Committee recruits 92 civil servants without taking exams
Mr. Vu Duc Bao - Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Board has just signed a recruitment notice for 92 positions in 31 units and localities belonging to the Party agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the city.
Accordingly, the recruited subjects are those who are officials and civil servants from district level and above in the required sectors and fields, then transferred to work in public service units, armed forces, and state-owned enterprises.
In addition, the recruited subjects must also have a university degree or higher, have 5 years or more of working experience in the industry or field that needs to be recruited, immediately meet the requirements of the job position that needs to be recruited and have a written agreement from the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee...
The Hanoi Party Committee also sets out specific criteria for individuals applying for one of the 92 positions. Specifically, applicants must meet the requirements specified in Article 36 of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants; and must immediately meet the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
For civil servants applying for the above 92 positions, they must have worked at a public service unit for at least 60 months (as of December 31, 2017, excluding probationary period), have training qualifications and work experience appropriate to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
Each candidate is registered for a job position such as at the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, City Fatherland Front Committee, Hanoi Youth Union, City Women's Union... The time for the Hanoi Party Committee to receive candidates' applications starts from March 26.
