Hoang Mai City Party Committee discussed the plan to merge the Party Committee Office, People's Council - People's Committee of communes and wards.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 12, the Standing Committee of Hoang Mai City Party Committee held a Conference to collect opinions on the Project of Merging the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee with the Office of the Party Committees of communes and wards.

Currently, the number of civil servants in the Office of People's Council - People's Committee of communes and wards in Hoang Mai town is 20 people and 10 non-professional staff in the Party Committee Offices.
According to the draft merger project, one civil servant from the People's Council - People's Committee Office will be in charge of the People's Committee Office and statistics, and one civil servant will be in charge of work at the Party Committee Office and People's Council of the commune or ward.
For non-professional cadres in the Party Committee Office, Hoang Mai will have appropriate policies, arranging the use of competent and qualified people, especially giving priority to cadres who are Party Committee members in concurrent positions and titles such as: deputy head of the inspection committee, mass mobilization committee, deputy head of mass organizations, and reinforcement for blocks and villages.
The project will continue to be commented on by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and is expected to be approved and implemented in June 2018./.
