(Baonghean.vn) - Cua Lo Town has allowed many services to resume operations after switching to Directive 19. Markets are only allowed to sell essential goods and will be regularly inspected by authorities.
September 20,People's Committee of Cua Lo Townissued Plan No. 133/KH-TTCH to implement Decision No. 3064/QD-UBND of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on adjusting measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemic according to Directive 19 of the Prime Minister in Cua Lo town.
Accordingly, Cua Lo Town allows commercial and service establishments such as wholesale, retail, hotels, accommodation establishments, restaurants, eateries, sports training areas, relic sites, and scenic spots to resume operations but must implement measures to ensure safety and prevent the epidemic such as: Providing protective equipment for employees, measuring the body temperature of visitors; arranging adequate means and supplies for hand washing and disinfection at the facility and ensuring distance when in contact.

Public passenger transport activities are also allowed to operate but must implement measures to ensure safety and prevent epidemics according to the instructions of the Department of Transport. For events serving political, economic and social purposes that are really necessary to organize, the local Party Committee and government will decide and implement measures to prevent and control infection such as: wearing masks, disinfecting hands, sitting apart; and implementing medical supervision.
