Police Lieutenant Found Hanged in Hospital
A 24-year-old lieutenant was found dead hanging from the fence of a hospital water tank after being rushed to the emergency room due to a traffic accident.
On the morning of July 3, many people discovered a young man dead, hanging from the fence of a water tank at Thuan An General Hospital (Binh Duong). The victim was Lieutenant Ho Thanh Xuyen (24 years old), who was hospitalized due to a traffic accident.

According to initial investigation, the night before, Lieutenant Xuyen had a collision with a man while riding a motorbike in An Phu ward, Thuan An town. The two injured people were taken to the hospital. Lieutenant Xuyen only suffered minor injuries, while the man was seriously injured and was transferred to Ho Chi Minh City for further treatment.
Lieutenant Xuyen, working at the Criminal Technical Team of Thuan An Town Police, is considered a gentle person with professional competence.
Police arrived to examine the scene and hand over the body to the family for funeral arrangements.
