From 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on September 16, there was heavy rain in some mountainous areas of Nghe An, some very heavy rain such as in Hanh Lam: 43mm; Thanh Thuy: 82mm.

Warning:In the next 3-6 hours, there is a risk of landslides and flash floods on small rivers and streams in the mountainous areas of Nghe An, especially in Thanh Chuong. Disaster risk level: Level 1.
