During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Forecast: Today and tonight, cold air continues to affect other places in the North and North Central regions, then affects some places in the Central Central region; Northeast wind inland level 2-3, coastal areas level 3. In the Northern provinces, it is cold, in the mountainous areas it is cold; the lowest temperature is commonly 17-20 degrees, in the Northern mountainous areas 15-17 degrees.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind gradually increases to level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7; rough seas.
