In addition, hot weather has the effect of causing dehydration, exhaustion, and heat stroke on the human body when exposed to high temperatures for a long time. Therefore, people need to limit participation in traffic and outdoor work between 11am and 4pm every day. At the same time, it is necessary to supplement enough drinking water and a reasonable diet to increase the body's resistance.
