The weather continues to be cold

In the North and the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue, the weather will be cold with the lowest temperature of 7-10 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 4-7 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas some places below 0 degrees Celsius and there is a possibility ofsnow, ice.
Provinces from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue will have cold weather at 9-12 degrees Celsius; from Da Nang to Quang Ngai will have cold weather with the lowest temperature at 15-17 degrees Celsius; Central Highlands will have cold weather at night and in the morning; South Central and Southern regions will have cold weather at night and in the early morning.
In the capital Hanoi, it is not raining, but it is freezing cold, the lowest temperature drops to 8 degrees.
