The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department informed reporters about the recent political security and social order and safety situation in the province, and some directions and tasks for the coming time; the socio-economic situation in the first quarter of 2018 of Nghe An province; the situation of Vietnam - US relations; the first session of the 13th National Assembly of China.
Regarding the security and order situation, the leader of Nghe An Police said that the sector has strengthened the work of building forces, technical logistics, closely coordinated with other forces and people, thanks to which the security and order situation has been maintained, especially implementing measures to ensure religious security, neutralize activities that violate national security, effectively fight against all types of criminal, economic and drug crimes, and successfully solved many special cases.
In the April propaganda orientation, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested reporters to disseminate the province's outstanding socio-economic development results in the first quarter of 2018; to disseminate the values of the Great Victory of Spring 1975, the liberation of the South, and the reunification of the country; to disseminate the management of festivals at the beginning of the year in localities.
