The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has yet to comment on the information. North Korea and the United States have yet to announce the travel plans of their leaders.
Earlier the same day, world media published images of US military aircraft at the nearby Paya Lebar air base, including a helicopter often used to transport high-ranking US officials.
According to the official plan, President Trump and leader Kim Jong-un will meet on June 12 in Singapore, and President Trump will return home a day later.
However, US officials in Singapore have drawn up a contingency plan that could see the two leaders extend their talks into a second day. The US president has previously expressed a desire for flexibility in the talks.
Meanwhile, some informed sources said that Washington has chosen Sentosa as the venue for the upcoming summit, but Pyongyang has yet to agree on this proposal.
On June 5, Singapore added the resort island of Sentosa in the south of the country to the list of special event areas to serve the upcoming US-North Korea summit, in addition to the areas around the Shangri-La Hotel, Tanglin, Newton and Orchard roads, where the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Embassy are located.
The talks between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on June 12 are expected to focus on ending North Korea's nuclear weapons and missile programs in exchange for diplomatic and economic support./.
