On June 1, the Drug Crime Prevention and Investigation Team, under the Drug Crime Investigation Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police, discovered and caught 9 subjects in the act of illegally using drugs in room 504, Building C, Phuc Hung 2 Apartment Building, Pho Noi Residential Area, My Hao Town, Hung Yen Province.
The subjects include: Ha Phi Hung (born in 2000, living in Ban Ngay village, Vo Ngai commune, Binh Lieu district, Quang Ninh province, who is the person renting the room); Le Quang Hieu, Nguyen Tung Lam, Dang Quoc Bao, Mai Van Tri, Bi Van Dieu, Nguyen Thi Thuy, Tran Thi Nhung, Tran Thi Nhu Quynh (most of whom are permanent residents in My Hao town, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province and some provinces of Thanh Hoa and Thai Binh).
Through rapid testing, 7 subjects tested positive for drugs such as Ketamine, Methamphetamine and MDMA.
During the search, the police seized in Ha Phi Hung's bedroom a round ceramic plate with a white crystalline adhesive on its surface; a bill rolled into a straw with a white crystalline adhesive; a yellow sim card with a white crystalline adhesive. In addition, the police also seized 510 used Iphone 6 phones and many related evidences.
During the fight, Hung confessed that he went to buy drugs and then invited others to use them. The above phone number that the police seized was bought and collected by Hung to sell for profit (all the above phone numbers did not have invoices or documents).
Currently, the Police Agency continues to investigate and handle the subject according to the provisions of the law.
