Prime Minister appoints personnel for Social Policy Bank
The Prime Minister has just appointed Mr. Do Van Chien, Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, to hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies.
Specifically, in Decision 263/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Do Van Chien, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, concurrently holding the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank, replacing Mr. Son Phuoc Hoan who has retired.

Mr. Do Van Chien was born on November 10, 1962, hometown, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province.
He is an Agricultural Engineer with a high degree in Political Theory. He is an alternate member of the 10th Central Committee, a member of the 11th and 12th Party Central Committee; a National Assembly delegate of the 13th and 14th terms. He has held the positions of Deputy Minister and Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Committee.
