Prime Minister appoints Deputy Minister of Construction
In Decision 181/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh, member of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.

Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh was born in 1968, his hometown is Hanoi. Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh has held the following positions: Deputy General Director, Viglacera Corporation, Ministry of Construction; Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Construction; Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Construction.
