Authorized by the Prime Minister, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh presented Decision No. 268/QD-TTg dated March 8, 2019 of the Prime Minister appointing Comrade To Anh Dung - Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Congratulating the new Deputy Foreign Minister To Anh Dung, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh affirmed: “This is a milestone, a turning point in the working career of comrade To Anh Dung, demonstrating the trust of the Party, State and Ministry of Foreign Affairs leaders in his capacity and qualities. That requires greater responsibility and efforts from comrade To Anh Dung in the coming time.”
