'Promoting the development of the collective economic sector'

(Baonghean) - Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung - Vice President of the Provincial Cooperative Union; candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term in constituency No. 22, Nghi Loc district.

Being nominated as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term is both a great honor and a heavy responsibility for me. With my experience in the work and my enthusiasm and responsibility, if elected as a Provincial People's Council delegate, I will have good conditions to directly contribute my opinions at the Provincial People's Council forums to promote the overall development of the province, especially the development of the collective economic sector, small-scale industry, craft villages and new rural construction.

I will make every effort to use all my ability, intelligence, energy, and time to play a good role as a bridge between voters and the People's Council, to speak up for voters, to build good relationships between voters, people, and state agencies at all levels; to perform well the duties of a People's Council delegate, worthy of the voters' trust.

If elected, my action program will focus on four key and central contents as follows:

First: Uphold the sense of responsibility, strictly abide by the Constitution and the law, and promote the role of the People's Council representative. Regularly contact and meet with voters at the constituency, place of residence, and place of work to learn about their concerns, thoughts, aspirations, and proposals to convey and reflect to the Provincial People's Council; at the same time, make recommendations, supervise, inspect, and urge competent State agencies to promptly resolve them in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of voters and citizens. Within the scope of their authority, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to handle and resolve them and report to voters the results achieved.

Second: In my assigned position, I will proactively advise and propose to effectively implement propaganda and mobilization work for the development of cooperatives, cooperative unions, enterprises and craft villages. Propose and propose timely implementation of groups of policies to support the sustainable development of collective economy and craft villages. At the same time, actively advise and propose the Provincial People's Council to issue policies on the consumption of products produced by farmers, cooperative groups, cooperatives and craft villages.

Proactively grasp and collect practical information, from which to recommend the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies to effectively implement the subsidy and freight policies; exempt and reduce fees, charges and contributions, which have been and are burdening farmers, contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies. This is an issue that I am also very interested in and concerned about, so that I can contribute my opinions to ensure that the National target programs on new rural construction, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, and improving the lives of people in rural areas are implemented more drastically and effectively, practically and sustainably.

Third: Pay attention to and be aware of protecting the rights of women, the elderly and children, from preventing domestic violence and gender equality to preventing social evils; create conditions to help women, the elderly and children have a good environment and quality of life to become happy wives and mothers; exemplary grandparents and future owners of the country who are healthy, honest and responsible.

Fourth: Work hard with the highest sense of responsibility; proactively study and research to improve qualifications; enhance moral qualities; practice courage, dare to do, dare to take responsibility to increasingly better fulfill assigned political tasks and fulfill the role of an elected representative.
