Thai Binh Provincial Police have just provided official information about the case of a young mother carrying her child on a SH who was found dead on the side of Highway 39 (Dong Hung District, Thai Binh), and her young son was injured.

Accordingly, at about 10:10 a.m. on October 30, at Km 89+700, Road 39, Dong Tan Commune, Dong Hung District, people discovered Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc (born in 1989, in Phuong Cong Commune, Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province) dead on the right lane of the non-motorized vehicle; next to her was her son Le Anh Tuan (born in 2008) injured, at the scene there was also a SH motorbike with license plate 17B8-167.60 tilted.

Immediately after receiving the information, the authorities promptly arrived to take Le Anh Tuan to Thai Binh General Hospital for treatment; and organized to protect the scene. Afterwards, the Provincial Police directed professional units, Dong Hung District Police to coordinate with the People's Procuracy to organize a crime scene investigation, autopsy, and investigation to clarify the cause.
