(Baonghean.vn) - Located at an altitude of 1,500 m above sea level, Muong Long valley, Ky Son district (Nghe An) has super clean medicinal herb gardens of TH Group - where raw materials are created to process many precious foods.

Muong Long is located in a valley on a 1,485 meter high mountain peak in the Truong Son range, near the border with Laos. The road to the commune starts from Muong Xen town, Ky Son district, Nghe An province, with over 50 km of dirt road along small passes, then passing through the "heavenly gate" called "Muong Long Heavenly Gate". Chrysanthemums are grown in Muong Long with an area of 0.6 hectares, yielding more than 2 tons. And this is the organic ginger growing area. Ginger is grown for its roots, with a planting area of over 2,000 m2, and the planting and harvesting dates are fully recorded. In Muong Long, perilla is planted on 0.6 hectares, with a harvest yield of over 7 tons of fresh leaves per crop; Gynostemma pentaphyllum is harvested and purchased on over 8 tons; Passionflower is purchased from local people for 9 tons; Ganoderma lucidum is purchased for 5 tons. Teas such as wormwood - chrysanthemum, perilla - ginger, lingzhi mushroom tea, passionflower - lotus heart, Gynostemma pentaphyllum - lingzhi... with natural, delicate and luxurious flavors, excellent quality are the choice of consumers.

In addition to medicinal herbs for making tea, in Muong Long and Na Ngoi (Ky Son), TH Group grows and preserves many other rare medicinal herbs such as seven-leaf one-flower ginseng, Puxalaileng ginseng, and stone orchid.
