Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Viet Duong suggested that in the review report, the Provincial People's Council Committees need to classify and synthesize voters' opinions and recommendations more scientifically and reasonably. In particular, it is necessary to point out the number of opinions that have been resolved and the unfinished issues so that the Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors can focus on handling them thoroughly.
Agreeing with the above opinion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh said that the Provincial People's Committee and the sectors and localities have made efforts to resolve the issues reflected by voters. However, there are areas and issues that exceed the budget and authority of the Provincial People's Committee...
For example, investment in rural power grid projects, initially mainly invested in household electricity, but with the current development of rural areas, people's demand for electricity is very large, infrastructure cannot meet it immediately, but needs time and resources to upgrade and renovate.

Concluding this content, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien affirmed that the quality of handling voters' petitions has had many positive changes in recent times. However, many issues have not been completely resolved. The progress in handling some petitions is still slow, some sectors are not resolute in responding to voters' feedback or only care about responding without closely following the problem to completely resolve it.
Therefore, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council suggested that it is necessary to classify voters' issues according to each level. Issues that voters are concerned about that have a profound impact on society or have been prolonged need to be dealt with first. For issues related to many departments and branches, it is necessary to assign them to a focal unit, from there, closely follow the established roadmap to resolve them.
